For
the first time in India, introducing a truly revolutionary machine to
pack from 2 to 250 gm in a single machine:
- The machine is
controlled by a revolutionary microprocessor based
electronic system which enables the operator to switch from
smallest to largest pouch size in no time
- Thus,
one can set the machine at 50 mm pouch length and change over to 250
mm pouch length by pressing a single button. No mechanical change
of parts is required except the adjustment of the film chute and
adjustment of filling attachment
- The
top and bottom sealing is done by perfectly synchronized intermittent
sealing jaws which ensures precise air-tight sealing, thus providing
longer shelf life and better shelf appeal
- The
machine incorporates easy-to-use electrical and electronic control
panel
- The
machine can be programmed to do batch cutting after a fixed number of
pouches.
Till
now, at least four different sizes of FFS machines were required to fill
and seal from 2 to 250 gm. Now the same function can be achieved by a
