Bajaj Process Pack offers a range of
fully-automatic Rinsing, Filling and Capping machines useful for
packing PET and glass bottles for mineral water, juices,
carbonated/alcoholic beverages.
The machine
performs integrated
operations from Rinsing, Filling (with or without carbonation) and
Capping. It can be conveniently adjusted to fill various bottle
sizes. The machine adopts micro-pressure filling/isotonic pressure
filling depending upon the product to fill.
It adopts PLC
frequency converter to
control and run the machine efficiently and smoothly.
